Take a moment to review this issue as it includes the
recent changes in west Virginia's dig law lt is important to

The law is presented in this issue with the changes highlighted in yellow ior your
convenience. The changes you see were not created by iust one group but was the result of
many diiiereiit stakeliolders coming together to level the playing held for all of us.
I'm confident that we'll continue to work together to try to resolve any issues we have in the
fielrl vnthout such penalties. However, for those who aren't willing to follow the rules, there
will be other options beginning June 7, 2018 l'in sure there will be inueh rliscussion in the
upcoming weeles and months about these changes and this magazine will be able to provide
